Our Focus

MS Harrison Consulting is created to serve law enforcement agencies on the local, state and federal level to perform organizational assessments and provide necessary organizational restructuring. Specific assessments are implemented through the use of evidence-based, science, data and technology, as well as, personnel assessments of competency, efficiency and effectiveness.

This consultancy specializes in organizational reform and cultural transformation utilizing national proven best practices to develop individuals, cultivate leaders, build effective and high functioning teams to organize and restructure units within the organization through personnel selection based on knowledge, skills, ability and temperament.
